BACK TO SCHOOL WEEK|| EASY LUNCHES|| DAY ONE

What happened to summer??

This week, I’m not showing you any real recipes, just a collection of ideas.

All of these ideas would be great for anyone in college, high school, middle school, or even a regular job!

They don’t take much time to put together in the morning, as little as 5 minutes.

Today, I planned the basic sandwich/wrap.

We had some nice baguette, but you could use some regular bread of baguette. Also, you could use a flour tortilla or a whole wheat one if you wanted something lighter.

On my sandwich, I added salami, spinach, and an organic spreadable cheese wedge.

You could add anything though. Leftover roast meats, slow roasted veggies, or even just regular deli meats.

I paired this with a few tortilla chips and salsa and an apple.

This simple lunch really only takes 5 minutes to make, so you don’t have to fret during the morning!

I hope this idea was helpful for you, sometimes people including myself get in a real rut trying to make themselves packed lunch. Sometimes, the simplest classics are the easiest things of all. 🙂
