Candy Cane Sugar Cookie ICE CREAM

Hi Everybody!

Do you remember those cookies that I posted on Monday?

Have you gobbled up all of them by now?

Are you ready for those cookies in the form of an ice cream?

I thought so.

Candy Cane Sugar Cookie ICE CREAM
Recipe type: Dessert
The best holiday cookie made into an ice cream. Almost too good to be true
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 14oz can of sweetened condensed milk
  • 3 candy canes, crushed
  • 1 cup plus 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
  • 6 tablespoons butter, softened
  • ¾ cups sugar
  • 6 tablespoons milk
  • 2 oz white chocolate, finely chopped
  1. In a medium sized mixing bowl, cream your butter and sugar together until fluffy. Add the milk and flour, and stir until combined. Set aside in the fridge until ready to use.
  2. Add the heavy cream to a large, freezer safe bowl, and whip until stiff peaks form. Fold in the can of sweetened condensed milk, making sure to not deflate your cream. Add in your candy canes and chocolate.
  3. Taking teaspoon-full sized portions of dough and drop the balls of dough into the batter. Fold in carefully.
  4. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and freeze for 6+ hours, or until completely frozen.
  5. Serve immediately and enjoy!
