Boil the lasagna sheets until flexible, drain, and set aside.
Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit. Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish and set aside.
Brown the sausage and garlic in a large skillet, until cooked all the way through. Add the pasta sauce and simmer for about 10 minutes.
In a large bowl, add the remaining ingredients, but reserve about a half cup of mozzarella for the top.
In your baking dish, layer some of the meat sauce, some lasagna sheets, some more sauce, ricotta filling, and lasagna sheets. Repeat that process until you have three layers of the sheets and end with the ricotta. Sprinkle over the reserved ½ cup of mozzarella and throw into the oven for 40 minutes.
