Well, my blog is officially a one year old.
And this blog has taught me so much. Its been a wild ride.
If there is one thing that this blog has taught me more than anything, that is persistence.
I was declined 38 times before I made it on to FoodGawker. And let me tell you, when I opened up that page and saw my Pork Gyoza on FoodGawker, I was screaming I was so happy.
I still was declined after that.
But I have managed to get on 7 more times. I’ve come a long way.
I really learned a lot about running a website too.
I got FoodBloggerPro in February, and it was a lifesaver. I don’t know what I would do without it.
It seriously made my blog so much better, and I want to thank Lindsay and Bjork, for that. I would never be where I am if they hadn’t put so much hard work and effort into making that program. If you are thinking about starting a food blog, or even have one already, I suggest you get the Food Blogger Pro Program. It is so helpful in so many ways.
So I’d like to thank all of you, who have read my blog from day one, commented on almost every post (I’m talking about you, Mrs. Herb), and supported me along the way.
make a wish.
And for those of you wondering about the recipe, I got it from The Cupcake Project. Great blog.
To another year!
